About us
We’re a small counseling and life coaching service located in Northeast Georgia, about 25 miles from Athens near Lake Hartwell. We started this business to serve all residents of Georgia. We offer telehealth appointments only. That means you never have to leave your house! You can see us from your phone, your laptop, or any other smart device you have. We want to provide you with convenience because we believe that everyone needs a little therapy or life coaching sometimes. We serve all populations and communities of Georgia, so we’re open to whatever you bring to the table. Our appointment times are subject to change due to our therapists’ and Coaches’ schedules, but we’re currently offering a lot of evening and weekend appointments. We realize that school and work can be hectic, and not everyone has the ability to take off of work or school once a week, or even once a month! We will do our best to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable while you’re with us. If you’re interested in making an appointment, checking to see if we accept your insurance (spoiler alert: we probably do), or just want to get more information about our services, reach out to us! We’ll be glad to hear from you either way!
What is “Life Coaching”?
Life Coaching is not therapy. Where therapists focus on issues from the past and general mental health issues, Life coaches help you to focus on your goals for the future and help you make a realistic plan to achieve those goals. Life coaches offer ongoing support for people trying to clarify and attain their goals or to find balance in their life and work. Through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings, life coaches listen to their clients, ask thought-provoking questions, and hold clients accountable for following through on the plans of action that they have developed with the coach. Life coaches and therapists can work together to help you in different ways. Some people only need therapists, some people only need life coaches, and some people need both! Basically, life coaches are like your personal cheerleader or accountability partner! They help you to become your best self!

Ally, Ady, Luna - Therapy Dogs
From left to right: Ally, Ady, Luna. Ally is now a retired therapy dog. She has spent many days and sessions with Dr. Cindy helping clients. Ally is 12 years old and likes to spend her days sleeping on the porch. Ady and Luna are about 3-4 years old and still full of energy!
